Payment Methods:
Payments can be made by a personal check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You may call, fax or mail your credit card information. Also, if you need to make payment arrangements, our customer service representatives can assist you.

Insurance Claims:
Claims for pathology services are filed to the insurance carrier and any secondary insurance if provided. Once we have received a response from the carrier, we will balance bill the patient for any co-pay, co-insurance or deductibles.

Should there be any questions about the processing of a pathology claim, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist our patients or client offices.

Health insurance coverage does not guarantee benefits. Policy provisions and limitations should be verified with your insurance carrier.
